My name is Rebecca Kowal, and in 1998 I was born in Detroit, MI - a smoky gray, chain-linked fence, with slowly freeze to death winters type city, and some of the most dedicated, ambitious, loyal people I have ever met. Nowadays I reside in the Phoenix, AZ area where I SWEAR the heat is DRY!

Like many I was drawn to photography at a young age and have had the opportunity to experience a wide array of cameras from disposables, to handheld digital cameras, to my first Canon DSLR, to a real film camera for my high school Photography Class, and have finally ended with the camera most of my shots are taken on - the Canon Rebel T3i. While partial to my "Ole Reliable", I also dabble with a Canon EOS RP from time to time.
